The reasons that lead to aging, by and large, are two:
- Exposure of the body to many damaging factors.
- Gradual and inevitable slowing down of cell renewal (due to reduction of protective telomeres at the ends of chromosomes, disconnection of rejuvenating genes and switching on suicidal genes).
NOW MORE ABOUT EACH CAUSE.
1) Many damaging factors age our bodies. These damaging factors include influences from both the external and internal environment of the body. These are oxygen starvation of tissues, the effect of free radicals and radiation, pollution of external and internal origin, metabolic disorders (sedentary lifestyle, errors in diet, excessive body weight, stress, etc.).
To live longer, we need to protect ourselves from the destructive influences of the environment and increase the body’s resistance to them. For this purpose we should stimulate the blood circulation, take antioxidants, avoid bad ecology, exclude metabolic disturbances, do physical activity, take medication (adaptogens etc.) and restore the whole organism.
2) Throughout life, the cells of the body are constantly renewing, or dividing. Division occurs at the level of chromosomes. The ends of the chromosomes are protected by a kind of “tips” – Telomeres. With each next division, telomeres are shortened. Finally, there comes a moment when they are depleted completely and cells can no longer renew themselves. The rate of cell division depends on the speed of metabolic processes. The slower or more economical the metabolism, the longer the telomeres last, the longer the life! If the metabolism is more economical, the genetic program is implemented more slowly, which also prolongs life.
Conclusion: If we want to live as long as possible, we should maximize the economy of the metabolic processes occurring in our body!
Measures that increase the efficiency of metabolism include: diet, physical exercise, hypoxytherapy, taking certain medications. Noticeably slower metabolism can already contribute to prolonging life by several decades! If we protect ourselves from destructive factors, it seems that we also can prolong our life by several 10 years. Total, a 20-30 year old person, following all necessary recommendations, can today already count on a life expectancy of 120-130 years.
Obviously, new means to promote much longer life expectancy will not be long in coming.
To succeed on the road to longevity, we need to meet the following conditions:

OUR ACTIONS:
Directly taking drugs and supplements for rejuvenation and prolongation of life we will start with enterosorbents, which clean our gastrointestinal juices and extracting all toxins and cholesterol from them, will also cleanse the entire body.
After a course of enterosorption we start the main therapeutic course.
Let’s list the main substances (pills, drugs) that we will use to prolong life. All of them will allow us to drastically reduce the risk of disease and prolong life for many decades. The deficiency of many of the supplements, however, can affect us in the most detrimental way.
First, the simplest supplements that can be used by everyone from an early age; including children.
Vitamins and vitamin-like compounds: – beta-carotene, vitamins A, B vitamins (especially B3, B5, B6 and folic acid), C, E, K, choline;
Micro- and macronutrients: vanadium, potassium, silicon, magnesium, manganese, copper, selenium, chromium, zinc, etc;
Plant supplements, dietary supplements – under a common name – vitamin P:
Blueberry, blackberry, etc. anthocyanins, resveratrol (grape extracts, rutin, quercetin and especially dihydroquercetin – DKV (from larch bark); also extracts of ginkgo biloba, green tea, echinacea, garlic, etc.

Obviously, it is too troublesome to buy dozens of different supplements separately, but it is the dozens of remedies that we need. So it makes sense to choose a good dietary complex, which would contain most of the most important substances for prolonging life, and in the right dosages. How to choose the dosages of dietary supplements and drugs?
If we use a good complex, we won’t have much trouble calculating dosages. You can just focus on the main vitamins and elements. A day should have Vitamin A – 5-10 mg, C – 1 gram, Vitamin E – 100-400 mg, selenium 100-400 mcg, ginseng 100-200 mg, chromium – 100-400 mcg, etc. Take the preparation with unsaturated fatty acids in accordance with the instructions, but to increase the effect, you can increase the dosage by 2-3 times. All other drugs either according to the instructions, or increase the dosage slowly according to your own feeling.
All of the above remedies can and should be used from the age of 20. And some of them (vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, etc.) can be given to children, from 3 years, in smaller doses, of course.

How to take drugs and supplements? Are there possible side effects of drugs and supplements?
Of course, when using dietary supplements and drugs in the first place should be guided by the instructions. But you can make some general recommendations.
The drug will work better if you take it on an empty stomach – 30-60 minutes before a meal. It is important to drink water, preferably warm, in an amount of 150 – 200 grams. Many preparations can also be drunk with some simple natural drinks, juices, such as tomato juice, etc., as well as with milk. Alcohol and some other tinctures are not to be washed down. In an upright position (standing and sitting), medications are absorbed 1.5 times more effectively than lying down. The daily dosage is usually divided into 2 to 4 doses.
If there are clear instructions in the instructions to take the drug after a meal, you should follow the instructions. The duration of treatment and the number of courses per year are usually specified in the instructions. However, direct adherence to the instructions may not give a pronounced effect.
It seems that many drugs should be taken according to the following scheme. Continuous use of the medication for 2 months. Then, during the 1-2 weeks of gradual reduction to zero doses. Then 3-4 weeks of rest. During this time, the body will eliminate all the previously received substances and become weaned from them. Because of this, the next course will work as effectively as before. After 3-4 weeks of rest, a new course begins.

Thus, for radical life prolongation we need to do 3-4 main therapeutic courses per year, and in the intervals between them to do courses of enterosorption.
HOW DO WE KNOW IF A DRUG OR SUPPLEMENT IS WORKING FOR US EFFECTIVELY?

etc. In short, life becomes more interesting. These effects usually appear after 10-15 days of taking the drug. If they don’t appear or are too weak, then we are probably using a small dosage and it needs to be increased.
CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS OF THE PILLS AND DRUGS.
It must be said that rejuvenating, revitalizing and life-extending remedies, by definition, should not cause side effects. Otherwise, what kind of revitalizing agents are they? Therefore, with the proper use of these tools, side effects usually do not occur. Just in case, let’s list the main ones: lethargy, nausea, nervous system agitation, insomnia, increased irritability, allergic reactions, painful sensations in the liver (right side), increased pulse rate, increased temperature, etc. There are usually no special contraindications either. Want to appeal to those who succumb to advertising, buy “rejuvenating” soaps, creams, etc. First, these products contain too little of the active ingredients and therefore not effective. Secondly, if the body ages in general, even the best creams will not save some parts of the skin from aging. If you want not to age your face, then engage in revitalization of the whole body.
