1. EMOTIONAL ENERGY

One of the main roles in the Holistic system of weight loss, healing and rejuvenation is played by psychological correction methods. Psycho-correction plays a significant role in weight loss when a person needs to change his or her eating behavior and taste habits, and get rid of food neurasthenia. Methods of psychological correction play a paramount importance in the processes of recovery in situations where the patient needs to get rid of the disease, including pain, from the effects of psychosomatic phenomena. And of course methods of psychological correction – methods of psychological impact play a huge role in rejuvenation.

All types (methods) of psychological influence considered in the Holistic System of Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation are divided into:

  •  attitudes;
  • self-hypnosis;
  • auto-training;
  • meditations;
  • Other types (prayer, relaxation, etc.).

In other sections, we will dwell in more detail on the listed types separately, and the first word is about negative and positive emotions.

And in the beginning, it’s the negative ones. Negative emotions are the source of all human illnesses. There is even a saying that “all diseases come from nerves”. Negative emotions weaken the energy of the man, he spends his energy on evil, hatred, envy. They must be dealt with, to keep the nerves and feelings in check. That is why I suggest to handle negativity through simple reasoning: what good will I get from such emotions? Will my illnesses go away? Will I have more money? Will I get new friends, respect in the team? When a person understands that negative emotions only bring bad things, to cope with them much easier. And here it would be good to wish: “smile, be happy with life, the sun, your loved ones, then the world will turn to you its bright side,” but, unfortunately, not everything is that simple. There are situations in life when it seems that nothing at all helps, especially such simple advice.

Let’s talk in detail about how to raise yourself on the scale of emotions and what to do in very different emotional states, including negative emotional states, and how, in the end, to saturate ourselves and our whole organism, every cell with the necessary energy of positive emotions.
The main goal is to provide cells with that energy which will ensure birth of healthy cell offspring.

Only such energy creates conditions for continuous and stably organized renewal of all tissues and all systems of the body.
Other energies (metabolism, exercise, breathing, etc.) CANNOT provide complete cellular renewal.
Only one energy is capable of this – because it has a special
quantum tissue. It’s the energy of our emotions.

This energy the brain takes as the commander in chief – and to its commands the body reacts most quickly by physiological processes. What emotion we experience is the physiological process we get.

If you’re thinking right now: “now I’m going to talk you into getting rid of negative emotions, cultivating an exclusively positive attitude, not paying attention to annoying irritants and the like,” then no – I’m not going to talk you into it.

Because such appeals are contrary to our nature.
Emotions cannot be suppressed. That’s not why they arise.
Emotions arise to point us to something very important to us.
We need to listen, to understand our emotions, and then their purpose is revealed. And it becomes clear that all emotions not only have a right to live, but are of tremendous benefit.

Once again: every emotion you have is for this very purpose: to benefit you.
But what about negative emotions, you may ask? They say everywhere to fight them, to stay away from them! Are not negative emotions the principal enemies of health? Don’t they form all the ills, spoil relationships, and erase the colors of life?
That’s right. Negative emotions, if you’re chronically stuck in them.
they can take away health, they can destroy love, and they can make you hate everything. And they will surely convince you that life is difficult and was given only as a test.
However, emotions do not arise to hang out in them.

Nature, who built the emotional system into us, intended to give us a reliable guide and protector.

Emotions are charged with two functions:

  1.  Evaluate the current situation
  2. Lead us out of dangerous situations

In performing the first function, emotions give us signals that we usually decode as “I feel good” or “I feel bad.” By getting these signals, we are able to clearly understand: this situation is good for me, and this is a threat to me.

The purpose of any negative emotion is to signal a threat. And that is the only purpose of negative emotion.
So, negative emotions are not at all what one thinks of them. Negative emotions are inherently our guards. Tireless and faithful. If it were not for that, we would have the same hurtful fate awaiting us, as that hen, who, with a blue eye and a clear sky, gets caught in a pluck.

So there is no need to put the blame on your head. If you, in spite of
clear signals “I feel bad”, continue to be in a situation of danger, then
Negative emotions are not to blame here: they are instructed to strike the alarm – so they do.
And they don’t calm down as long as there is a threat.

So it turns out that “hovering in negative emotion” is the wrong definition.
It is more correct to say “hovering in a threatening situation” (and add honestly: in spite of the signals of negative emotion)/.
The second function of emotion is to lead out of dangerous situations. The second function of emotions begins to fulfill when the first one has gone awry: this is when the signals seem to be accepted, but no conclusions have been drawn. And not only no conclusions have been made, but there is no prospect of that – a person is in a dangerous situation and sits there.
And does not move. Like a fly in amber.

In those cases, the emotional system rolls up its sleeves and starts
to pull you out of danger by itself – like you want to, but I’m not going to let you die. In this scenario, the emotional system acts according to such a perfect scheme that it’s amazing how smart our nature is!

To understand how it all happens, you have to remember that our emotional system is a rich palette of very specific feelings. Each feeling has its own vibration frequency. The frequencies of the emotions are different because the information in them is different – not just to signal what is good and what is bad, but also to communicate how this is good and this is dangerous.

If you represent emotions on a scale, it looks like this:

  1.  Joy, confident knowledge, power, freedom, love, gratitude.
  2. Passion.
  3. Enthusiasm, eagerness.
  4. Positive expectations, faith.
  5. Optimism.
  6. Hope.
  7. Satisfaction
  8. Boredom.
  9. Pessimism.
  10. Discontent, irritation, impatience.
  11. Confusion.
  12. Disappointment.
  13. Doubt.
  14. Anxiety.
  15. Conviction.
  16. Anger.
  17. A burning desire for revenge.
  18. Hatred, rage.
  19. Jealousy, envy
  20. Sense of guilt, unworthiness, worthlessness
  21. Despair, impotence, depression

The distribution on the scale is dictated by the indicators of the frequencies of emotions. Here we are not talking about which emotion is “bad” and which is “good”, but about the fact that each emotion, having a certain frequency of vibration, triggers very specific chemical processes in the body.

And in this regard, it doesn’t hurt for us to understand clearly: when we experience a specific emotion, a specific chemical reaction takes place in our body. And specific substances are produced. And it is precisely these substances that qualify as “helpful” or “harmful. These substances are the conductors of the signals of the emotional system, because it is the body that makes us feel “I feel good” and “I feel bad.

Now look at how it all works when the emotional system realizes that we’re not paying attention to its signals and takes action on its own to get us out of a threatening situation and bring us back to normal. First, the emotional system determines where we are on the emotional scale. After that, they pick us up by the scruff of the neck and begin to take decisive action, as a result of which we begin to climb up the ladder (of the emotional scale). This climb is strictly sequential, and we are NOT allowed to jump from rung to rung – we are allowed to go up on the strict condition that we step on each rung. As we go up the ladder, we consistently release the feelings on the scale below.

Practically it goes like this:

  • Desire for revenge frees us from rage.
  • Anger gives a sense of freedom from desire for revenge
  • Condemnation frees from anger
  • Anxiety distracts from judgment
  • Doubt wipes out anxiety.
  • Disappointment leaves doubt behind
  • Confusion makes disappointment go away
  • Dissatisfaction, irritation makes confusion disappear
  • Pessimism replaces irritation
  • Boredom destroys pessimism (and makes you want to do something)
  • Satisfaction takes away boredom.

And so it goes step by step to the top of the ladder (scale)

I’m deliberately not making any explanatory comments on the scheme presented – I’m sure you’ll want to check and see for yourself that this is how it is. That this is how we get out of difficult situations. To be more precise, we don’t get out of them ourselves, but the emotional system built into us leads us out. In this scenario we act almost unconsciously – hence the surprise: why did it throw me so?

The second scenario occurs when the emotional system detects that the person is dangerously close to a self-destructive program.

That’s the way things are. So that’s a powerful defense we have. As you can see, it’s made up of two levels.

The first level (the first emotion function) is the signal level, and the second (the second emotion function) is the rescue level. The rescue level is activated whenever we are below the eighth step of the emotional scale for a long time.

* «long time» – is different for each type of temperament. For a choleric “long time” is a day or two, but for a melancholic “long time” can stretch for months.
Of course, it is good to be aware that it is not necessary to lead to a situation where the emotional system includes a second level of defense – because it is a crisis option, and it has neither politeness, nor behavioral norms.

On the crisis (salvation) level, the emotional system doesn’t care about how we look in the eyes of society or whether we correspond to social norms at all – it doesn’t care about that.

It would be better to be alive – this is how our emotional system poses the question at the salvation level of defense.
And there is a very important note here. I could even call it a persistent recommendation.
When work begins on the second (rescue) level, don’t interfere with this work. There is no need to interfere with or control anything.

Allow your emotional system to lead you out of danger-and don’t try to jump from step to step-don’t extinguish the emotions that arise.
Say to yourself: I had a chance to do this on my own (the signals were there), but I blew it. Now the rescuer works, and he knows what he’s doing.

…Say you don’t want to go through the steps of rage, anger, judgment and other sick emotions? Well, it’s really not pleasant.
But it’s still much better than interfering with an automatic process.

Rescue level is precisely an automatic process. Just like digestion, for example.

Interfering with the automatic process makes the emotional system eventually lose all responsibility, and that’s when the transition from the lower to the higher levels becomes either impossible or clinically painful, in the form of rapid jumps from fun to depression and back again.
In short, when the emotional system shrugs off responsibility, we become very unhappy. Just a lot.

Because in this case we start talking not only about nervous diseases, but also about severe somatic malfunctions (diseases of the body). Diseases of the body, let me remind you, are formed through the fault of substances produced in response to prolonged vibrations of negative emotions. And the dependence of a particular disease on a particular dominant negative emotion has long been established.

You can read about the practical side of the matter, that is how to act concretely in various emotional states in the full course of the Holistic System of Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation.

You will be offered a truly effective technique, which,
when used regularly, will give you constant access to
to the energy of total cellular renewal.

2. SAMOGIPNOS

This is what will help you change your life. Everyone understands that it is hardly possible to live without problems, because they are a part of our existence. But not everyone realizes that within each of us lurks untapped reserves for survival, personal development and success.
This part of the Holistic Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation System will help you to develop the ability to immerse yourself in a trance and teach you how to formulate meaningful and effective self-hypnosis suggestions for the purpose of self-improvement.

Self-hypnosis technique is an important element of the Holistic Weight Loss, Wellness, and Rejuvenation System. The use of this technique is able to accelerate the processes of weight loss and burning of fat deposits, the processes of recovery and recuperation even in cases of chronic diseases, and is also able to accelerate the processes of rejuvenation and recovery of all functions of the body.

Hypnotic experiences are not necessarily the lot of exalted lovers of the effects of someone’s “strong field”. It seems that people who are looking for something “this” and exotic in hypnosis will be disappointed. So will the rabid skeptics, ready to look for scattered powder from Count Cagliostro’s wig behind every phenomenon close to hypnosis.

Self-hypnosis can be effective in dealing with a multitude of problems, but only to the extent that it is competently and meaningfully practiced. And even the glowing examples of magnificent successes achieved by a certain Edward or Cyril do not contain the promise of “miracles for all,” of course we are given examples of successful application of the method, but the results achieved by Edward or Cyril are their success.

The most powerful aspect of self-hypnosis is the boost of faith in your own strength and abilities that you will receive. Drawing on your own personal experience, you will learn to control your symptoms and experiences that until now have seemed out of your control. And once achieved, you will experience an extraordinary sense of pride and accomplishment, but everyone approaches their problems in their own way.

Recent research and experience in private practice prove that the technique given here is accessible to anyone, even those found unhypnable by picky and strictly regulated tests.

Modern self-hypnosis is known by various names: visualization, guided imagination, targeted relaxation, self-hypnosis, and so forth. However, regardless of the label, the principles and goals remain the same.

We all want to succeed in life. With the self-hypnosis technique outlined in the Holistic System of Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation, you will open new doors, perhaps seeing something unexpected behind old doors as well. You will completely open yourself up to new positive changes.
I think you will be interested to know that the art of self-hypnosis is practically available to everyone. With its help, you can get rid of bad habits, get rid of headaches, relieve stress, and subdue painful feelings.

This tool will help you learn how to make the best decisions, focus your attention, achieve success in sports, learn to get along with others, achieve your goals and even develop business savvy. The possibilities of hypnosis don’t stop there.

Master Self-Hypnosis as part of the Holistic Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation System and use the detailed guidelines outlined here to develop your abilities to achieve your own goals.

WHO IS SELF-HYPNOSIS FOR?

For a long time, the clinical use of self-hypnosis has depended on the results of susceptibility tests.

However, research in recent years has shown that hypnotic suggestion is amenable even to those whose tests gave rather low results. There is a wide variety of hypnosis techniques, so a low result on an individual test indicates only that the person is not suitable for the technique used in that test.

Based on a person’s personal perception of their experiences, self-hypnosis is beneficial to almost anyone. The idea that when treating a patient, one must first consider and utilize their personal experiences and perceptions was first suggested by Dr. Milton G. Erickson, a renowned physician, teacher and author of numerous publications.

Erikson believed that the success of hypnotic treatment is largely due to the fact that suggestion is formulated using speech patterns, symbols, and images specific to the patient in question. And in the art of capturing at a glance the individual characteristics of the client Erickson was unrivaled.

Often doctors, after using all possible therapies, were unable to help the patient. Having declared him incurable, they still sent him to Erickson in the last hope. Among these patients there were often patients who, according to the tests, were not amenable to hypnotic suggestion. In formulating his suggestions, Erickson relied on the client’s personal feelings and also used a soft, unobtrusive, indirect manner of suggestion.

Many people got the impression of a hypnotherapist as a person who in an authoritative voice said, “You feel this or that…” or “Now you will do this or that…”. Erikson favored phrases like, “You may feel…” “You may feel…”. There is no command or direct instruction here. The patient is only given a hint, and he can experience something else, because he is not constrained by an order. Those who do not tolerate being “commanded” readily follow this gentle prompting.

We will offer several techniques for going into trance so that you can choose the one that works best for you. You will learn how to supplement and modify the techniques you choose, based on your own unique inner world of sensations and experiences. You will learn in detail about the techniques of self-hypnosis, from the practical skills of entering into a trance to the formulation of your attitudes, in the full course Holistic System of Weight Loss, Wellness and Rejuvenation.
